Facts are extracted from the underlying data by the Asseti processing engine and stored in a proprietary backend framework. These facts could be locations of objects extracted from images, temperature or rainfall at a given point in time, the intensity of a LiDAR point return or any other base fact that can be extracted from the data.

Insights are correlations, trends and perceptions derived from the underlying facts that are relevant to the management of the client’s network. Once insights are generated, the sentiment of insights also become facts as the value derived from insights over time becomes valuable for Asseti.

Notifications are client alerts triggered in the platform from insights that cross critical thresholds or meet specific criteria. Notifications can be self-configured or based on Asseti best practice recommendations.  

Actions are decisions made by clients, users or systems based off notifications, insights and facts stored in the system. Actions are guided by Asseti to optimise efficiency.
